Tôm tươi được tẩm ướp gia vị rồi đem rang cùng lá chanh tươi mát, thơm lừng hòa quyện chút vị chua chua, đăng đắng ăn cùng cơm nóng rất ngon. Chị em hãy đổi kiểu rang tôm thông thường thành kiểu mới này với cách làm tôm rang lá chanh thơm lừng này nhé.

Tôm tươi sau khi mua về cắt bỏ râu, chân, rửa sạch nhiều lần với nước rồi để ráo. Sau đó ướp tôm với 2 muỗng canh nước tương, 1/2 muỗng cà phê tiêu, 1 muỗng cà phê đường. Trộn đều để gia vị bám đều vào tôm, để khoảng 15 phút cho ngấm gia vị.

Làm nóng chảo với dầu ăn, cho tỏi vào phi thơm rồi thả tôm vào đảo đều để tôm săn thịt lại. Chế thêm chút nước để tôm không bị khô và chín kĩ. Khi tôm chuyển sang màu đỏ thì nêm nếm lại gia vị cho vừa ăn, rắc lá chanh đã xắt nhuyễn lên đảo thêm vài lần nữa thì tắt bếp.
