Nhà có sẵn mấy nhồi và ủ bột rất tiện lợi nên đối với mình làm bánh mì kiểu nào cũng hết sức đơn giản. Bánh mì nướng mè trắng này có thể phết ăn cùng mứt, sốt hoặc kẹp các loại thịt, rau, dưa chua ăn cùng nhé!
Đổ 150ml sữa, 1 quả trứng, 30ml dầu ô liu vào thùng nhồi bột bánh mì, thêm 3g muối vào góc và thêm 27g đường vào góc. Thêm 300g bột mì và thêm 5g men nở vào. Khởi động máy, bắt đầu quá trình nhào bột bánh mì và ủ lên men cho đến khi hoàn tất.
Chia khối bột thành 6 phần dều nhau vê hơi tròn rồi cho ra khay nướng có lót sẵn giấy nến, ủ tiếp 10 phút.
Sau đó phết lên mỗi khối bột ít lòng đỏ trứng, rắc ít mè trắng lên trên. Đem nướng 180 độ C trong khoảng 12 phút là bánh chín.
Bánh chín lấy ra để trên rack cho nguội bớt. Sau đó cắt bánh mì làm đôi theo chiều ngang. Có thể phết ăn cùng ít mứt trái cây hay kẹp thịt nướng, xúc xích tùy thích nhé! Bánh mì nướng mè trắng này dùng ăn sáng là hết sẩy rồi nhé!
