Cho phần sốt đã chuẩn bị ở bước 1 vào chảo dầu nóng đảo trong vài phút, đến khi sốt tỏa mùi thơm và hơi chuyển màu nâu. Bạn nhớ chọn chảo có đường kính to một chút để tiện cho việc rang cơm nhé!
Vén phần sốt vừa xào sang 1 bên, cho phần trứng ở bước 3 vào. Để trứng trên lửa một lúc thì đảo phần sốt vào đến khi trứng ngấm sốt.
Khi trứng chín, bạn cho thịt gà vào, nêm nếm với một ít tiêu. Sau đó, cho cơm vào, đảo liên tục để cơm được trộn đều với thịt gà.
Nêm nếm với xì dầu, đảo đều cho cơm ngấm gia vị. Cuối cùng, bạn rắc hành lá vào, đảo thêm 1 lần nữa rồi tắt bếp.
