Bánh flan và rau câu là hai món khoái khẩu của hầu hết các bạn gái. Kết hợp hai món này bạn sẽ có một hương vị mới khiến bạn vô cùng ngạc nhiên và thích thú.
Trước tiên là hấp bánh flan, cứ 3 phần sữa thì 1 phần trứng cho khoảng 10ml nước thường rồi quậy tan đều với nhau sau cùng là dùng rây lược bỏ bớt lòng trắng.
Sau khi đổ trứng sữa ra khuôn, đem hấp nhỏ lửa 10 phút nhé.
Cho 30gr agar vào nấu chung cùng khoảng 300ml nước lạnh, cho thêm đường ngọt tuỳ khẩu vị. Khi rau câu sôi rồi, chia hỗn hợp ra làm 2, một pha chung với gói café hoà tan, còn phần còn lại pha với mứt dâu dằm sẵn.
Đổ 1 lớp rau câu mỏng chừng 1cm vào khuôn to, có thể cho vào tủ lạnh ngăn mát cho mau đông. Khi bề mặt đã hơi se se, đặt bánh flan đã hấp chín vào chính giữa, rồi đổ ngập agar lên đến bề mặt khuôn.
Bỏ tủ lạnh một chút cho đông rồi dùng mũi dao lóc ra nhẹ nhẹ là thưởng thức được rồi đấy.
